Sub-Regional Clinic
Chignik Bay Tribal Council has secured
construction funds for construction of the Harris
Subregional Clinic Project. CE2 Engineers,
Inc./Northern Management has been retained to
provide force account construction management
services for this project. CE2 has applied for, and
secured on behalf of CBTC, Denali Training funds and
will be spearheading a training program commencing
in April 2008 for carpentry training and OSHA
training.
The Denali Commission has agreed to a new model for
development of this facility, in which the Tribal
Council is administering all funds and is directly
responsible for the successful implementation of
this critical piece of infrastructure. As part of
the grant stipulations, CBTC is required to hire and
retain a local Project Liaison to manage all
contractors/consultants working on this project and
serve as the local Owner's advocate for this
project.
The Project Liaison for this project is: Mr.
Roderick Carlson.
The CE2 Engineers, Inc. Project Manager for this
project is: Mr. David Harvey, CE2 Engineers, Inc.
(907) 349-1010
The grants manager for this project is Mr. Anthony
Caole, also of CE2 Engineers/Northern Management.
In the event you have questions or comments
concerning this project, please contact the Project
Liaison first. If he is not available, please
contact the Tribal Coordinator Debbie Carlson for
more information.
A detailed management plan has been developed to
provide guidance and critical management information
to the Council and project stakeholders during the
course of this project. This management plan can be
reviewed by clicking on the link in the left menu
column. The management plan is updated no less than
monthly.
